Alistair brings over 30 years of sustainability leadership spanning military service, government, and global industrial processing. Before focusing on waste-to-energy systems, he served as Managing Director for the multinational Cermaq Group's Canadian operations, restructuring a $400M+ division with over 400 employees and contributing to a $1B+ IPO. Currently, as the founder and principal of Assure, his focus remains entirely on the ground—deploying over $500 million in project infrastructure and management services across four continents.
